Title: Personal Fitness Team Lead

Job Type: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing personal training team.
- Drive new client acquisition and improve client retention through high-quality training sessions.
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment for members, clients, and team members.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for personal training sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness leadership role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
