Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join VASA Fitness, a renowned fitness club. As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will be responsible for leading a team of Personal Trainers, driving the personal training business, and exceeding fitness financial targets. Your role will involve building a high-performing team that helps our members achieve their fitness goals while providing exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team that embodies VASA's core values and drives accountability.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and enhance retention of existing clients.
- Develop an agile personal training team that customizes programming to meet each client's needs.
- Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage, fostering interactions with members in a friendly and inclusive manner.
- Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value through safe, clean training spaces and personalized training sessions.
- Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, aiding in their growth and development.
- Attract new clients by building personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on performing consultations and recommending suitable training packages.
- Collaborate with personal trainers to achieve monthly sales targets for acquiring new clients.
- Achieve monthly sales goals through team support and contribution.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in personal training or a related field.
