Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Training Team Lead at VASA Fitness to lead our personal training business and drive the achievement of fitness financial targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing a high-performance team that helps our members reach their fitness goals while delivering a premium experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop a high-performing team by attracting, hiring, coaching, and engaging personal trainers to uphold VASA's core values.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and enhance retention of existing clients.
- Facilitate tailored programming to meet each client's needs and ensure a personalized journey following VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere in the Personal Training Cage by engaging members, clients, and guests in a friendly, energetic, and inclusive manner.
- Retain clients by providing exceptional value, maintaining clean training spaces, and supporting personal trainers' professional growth.
- Establish a supportive community by offering resources, conducting meaningful check-ins, and encouraging continuous development for personal trainers and clients.
- Attract new clients through personalized interactions with VASA members and effective consultation practices.
- Guide personal trainers in sales techniques to achieve monthly targets for acquiring new clients.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in team building, client acquisition, and sales within the fitness industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, coaching abilities, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness objectives.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive environment and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
