We are looking for a motivated and experienced Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing personal training team to help our members achieve their fitness goals while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team that aligns with the company's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and enhance retention rates.
• Facilitate personalized training sessions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage, fostering member engagement and inclusivity.
• Ensure personal trainers consistently deliver value and maintain clean training spaces.
• Nurture a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, fostering growth and development.
• Engage with VASA members to attract new clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommend appropriate training packages.
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales goals and drive business growth.
