As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals improve their quality of life by assisting them in reconnecting with their environment. Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
