Physical Therapy Specialist Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Perform home visit Physical Therapy assessments to evaluate medical conditions, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (experience with Hello Note preferred but not required).
• Valid CPR Certification.
