Physical Therapy Specialist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Proficient in conducting home visit Physical Therapy assessments and providing direct patient care.
• Experience with EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
