Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join Cargill's team as a Pre-Treatment Waste Water Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment associated with the treatment process, ensuring the efficient and effective treatment of waste water.
Responsibilities
- Operating Dissolved Air Flotation System and related chemical and equipment.
- Conducting Rotoscreen Operations.
- Maintaining various pumps in pretreatment and lift stations.
- Utilizing PLC system for chemicals.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Performing housekeeping duties to ensure a clean work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to obtain a State Wastewater License.
- Experience in operating PLC systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in wastewater treatment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer skills.
