We are looking for a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our innovative healthcare team at One Medical in Bethesda, MD. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through a combination of in-person and virtual visits. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel with varying healthcare needs.
• Conduct acute, chronic, and preventive care visits in-office and through tele-health services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Supervise and mentor Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.
• Participate in continuous learning opportunities and clinical rounds.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in outpatient primary care for all ages.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics preferred.
• Active state license in DC.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based primary care and patient communication.
