Aveanna LPN/RN Requirements:

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse
• Active nursing license in good standing
• Current CPR Certification (Hands-on BLS)

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care
• Continuously assess patient condition and report changes
• Document all activities and care delivered
• Implement and update nursing care plans
• Recognize changes in patient needs and intervene appropriately
• Comply with Aveanna policies and regulations
• Educate patients and families on disease process and self-care techniques
• Maintain competencies through education and skill evaluations
