We are looking for a Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a compassionate and skilled nurse, you will provide one-on-one patient care in the home environment, following physicians' prescribed plans of care. Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one patient care in the home setting.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to provide in-home nursing care.
