Position Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) will deliver quality patient care in accordance with individual care plans and physician orders. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care coordination, documentation, and infection control measures.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Proficiency in clinical assessments and compliance
Preferences
- Six (6) months of recent clinical experience
- Home health experience
