Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervisors and physicians.
• Document assessments, nursing actions, and care coordination promptly.
• Participate in developing and updating nursing care plans.
• Take necessary nursing actions based on assessments and achieve expected outcomes.
• Recognize and address changes in patient needs to prevent risks.
• Adhere to Aveanna policies, regulations, and infection control measures.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care strategies.
• Maintain nursing competencies through ongoing education and skill development.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on BLS training.
