Job Description

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Nurses (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare in Squirrel Hill and surrounding areas. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-to-one care for patients in the comfort of their homes, making a positive impact on their lives and supporting their families.

Job Type

Full-time, Part-time, Per-diem, and Over-Time opportunities available with competitive weekly pay rates and flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess and monitor patient condition, reporting changes promptly.
• Document all care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in care planning and implement necessary interventions.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques.

Requirements

• Active LPN/RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available).
