Requirements for LPN/RN at Aveanna
- Minimum 6 months nursing experience
- Active Nursing License in good standing
- Current CPR Certification

- Deliver quality patient care in accordance with physician orders
- Continuous assessment of patient condition and needs
- Documentation of all care activities in a timely manner
- Implementation and update of nursing care plan
