Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. This role involves providing expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- Active DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Completion of a two-week orientation in our Camden office.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is a plus.
