Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the home health setting. Responsibilities include coordinating care, administering medications, and building positive relationships with patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Experience in home health and/or Long Term Care is a plus.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred.
- Must attend orientation sessions.
