Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients in the home health setting. As a member of the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team, you will have the opportunity to coordinate care, administer medications, and build positive relationships with patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments.

Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Experience in home health or Long-Term Care is a plus.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred.
