Are you a compassionate nurse looking to provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes? We are seeking a dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will deliver expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, coordinating with families and healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
• Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Build positive relationships with patients and families.
• Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Ability to attend orientation and field training.
• Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred.
