Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse who enjoys working closely with patients in a home health setting? ChristianaCare is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in Delaware. Our nurses deliver a wide range of medical services, including administering medications, tracheostomy maintenance, ventilator support, and more.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Develop positive and compassionate relationships with patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Delaware LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation and field training.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is advantageous.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is preferred.
