Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. In this role, you will provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in a home health setting. Duties include administering medications, coordinating care with families and healthcare providers, and maintaining positive patient relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive patient relationships with compassion and courtesy.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation sessions.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is advantageous.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is preferred.
