Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to patients in the home health setting. As part of the ChristianaCare team, you will work directly with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across Delaware, delivering expert medical care tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Build positive relationships through compassionate and courteous service.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation in Camden, followed by patient field training.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred.
