Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our dynamic team in providing efficient and effective nursing care across multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a specific geographic area. As a Regional Float LPN, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, contributing to nursing assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care, and supervising unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current state nursing license.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
