Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aveanna Healthcare. The role involves providing skilled nursing care while adhering to care plans and physicians' orders. The position offers pay rates ranging from $30-35/HR based on case and acuity level.

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition, report changes, and document activities.
• Develop, implement, and update nursing care plans.
• Take appropriate nursing actions based on assessments and achieve expected outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and disease prevention.
• Maintain professional accountability by complying with regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification and proficiency in clinical assessments.

Preferences

• Six months recent experience as a Licensed Nurse.
• Home health experience.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in English, travel, and lift 50 pounds.
