Job Type:

Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

Salary:

$34 - $40 per hour

Shifts:

Night Shifts Available

Sign-on Bonuses:

• Full-time nights - $3,500
• Full-time days - $2,500
• Per diem - $500

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the applicable state
• Current CPR certification
• Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
• Execute physician-prescribed care plan and maintain compliant documentation
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies
• Perform patient assessments, care coordination, health promotion, teaching, and training for families
