Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and play a crucial role in patient assessment and post-discharge care planning.
Unit Description
Provides professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness by assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care. The Staff Nurse II functions as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, providing direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care after discharge.
Minimum of 300 hours per calendar year, including at least one 8-hour holiday shift. Orientation required, full-time completion preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care.

- Contribute to patient assessment and care planning.
- Promote patient education and continuity of care post-discharge.
Requirements
