Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. As an RN, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, assess their needs, and implement comprehensive nursing care plans. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care based on nursing assessments and care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and transitions.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical competency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in nursing.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in the specific clinical area with a minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Specialization or interest in Oncology is advantageous.
