As an RN in our 24-bed unit, you will treat patients of all ages with various medical and psychiatric conditions. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment approaches.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
- Engage in Shared Governance Councils for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ESI, and AVADE certifications preferred.
- Desire to pursue CEN and CPEN certifications.
- Strong commitment to patient care and team collaboration.
