Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

Join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Resource Department. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across the UVM Medical Center. You will work collaboratively with RNs and LNAs, floating between different units to address inpatient staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care across various units including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills in a dynamic work environment.
• Utilize your expertise and skills to deliver exceptional nursing care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of direct critical care experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
