Position Highlights

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities and supervise staff to ensure quality care.
• Communicate patient information effectively with staff and between shifts.
