Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Alice Center's Skilled Nursing Facility. As an RN, you will provide 24-hour nursing services and rehabilitation care to residents in a compassionate and home-like environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care that upholds privacy, dignity, and respect.
Unit Description
The Alice Center accommodates up to 135 individuals requiring long-term or short-term care. Our facility is designed with six distinct 'neighborhoods,' each featuring cozy kitchens, dining areas, spacious living rooms, and social spaces. Resident rooms are well-appointed, either private or semi-private, with individual bathrooms and showers.
Shift Details & Incentives
We offer two shift possibilities: 2 p.m.- 10:30 p.m. or 10 p.m. -6:30 a.m., with schedules known in advance. On-call duty is not required. Additionally, we provide attractive incentives such as a $10,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials ($3.00 for evenings, $3.50 for night shifts), and educational bonuses for BSN and MSN qualifications.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is preferred.
