Unit Description
Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing is a secure and supportive residence nestled in the scenic farmlands of Middlebury, Vermont. Our facility is licensed and certified, offering specialized care programs for post-surgery and post-hospitalization patients. We focus on delivering personalized care to individuals with various medical conditions, including strokes, orthopedic care, respiratory illnesses, and more.

- 72 hours per pay period 10:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.
- 48 hours per pay period 6:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. (Charge Nurse)
- 24 hours per pay period 6:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.
- 72 hours per pay period 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.
- 24 hours per pay period 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.
- Per diem opportunities available
