Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, contribute to care planning, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. In addition to delivering direct patient care, you will play a crucial role in patient education and transition of care.
Education and Experience
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.
- Commitment to obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) as per organizational requirements.
- Experience in a specific clinical area, with at least one year of relevant experience.
On-call and Incentives
On-call duty is not required for this position. External candidates with one year of experience are eligible for a one-time sign-on bonus of $5,000.
