Job Description

ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time RN to support the Newark, DE and surrounding area. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. This role involves developing and implementing patient-centered care plans and discharge plans. IV proficiency is required, and training will be provided if necessary.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years of start date
• Current DE RN license or compact state license
• 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months
• IV proficiency or willingness to train
