Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time RN to join our team. As a Field Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. This role involves developing and implementing patient-centered care plans, coordinating discharge plans, and ensuring the highest quality of care. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Coordinate discharge plans for patients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards of care.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
- IV proficiency or willing to train.
