Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specialized in Home Care to join our team at ChristianaCare. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop goal-oriented care plans consistent with patient needs.
- Ensure IV proficiency and deliver IV functions effectively.
- Create and implement discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain a BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
