Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse for Home Care. Join our team and provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month in the Newark, DE, and surrounding area.

Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Must possess a current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train for IV functions.
