Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Your responsibilities will include developing care plans, ensuring patient discharge plans, and maintaining proficiency in IV functions.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years
- Current DE RN license or compact state license
- Minimum of 2 years HomeHealth RN experience in the last 12 months
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical preferred
- IV proficiency or willingness to train
