Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Home Health Care to join our team at ChristianaCare. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and perform IV functions as required.
- Develop discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
