Job Description
Join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth as a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse, where you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. Your responsibilities will include giving prescribed treatments, developing care plans, and ensuring patient-centered care. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to geriatric patients.
- Develop patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
- Must be IV proficient or willing to train and perform IV functions.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
