Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. If you have experience in Home Health and are passionate about providing quality care to patients, this is the position for you! You will have the opportunity to work in the Newark, DE area, with day shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts included in the schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
- Be proficient in IV treatments or willing to undergo training.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years of hire.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- Experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical is preferred.
