Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
• Develop patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
• Maintain IV proficiency or undergo training to perform IV functions.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain a BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
