Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specialized in Home Care to join our team. As a member of our HomeHealth division, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop patient care plans, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes. This position offers a competitive salary based on relevant work experience with a range between $32.00 - $44.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will work full-time, supporting the Newark, DE area, with day shift hours, one weekend a month, two holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Ensure IV proficiency and maintain high standards of nursing care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
