Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $32-58 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of patients, providing direct care and supervising LPNs and HHAs.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Experience in home health or a related setting is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs effectively.
