Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Resident - $30+ per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. As a Nurse Resident, you will provide basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, contributing to the physical, psychosocial, safety, and security needs of our patients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with our Sexual Trauma and Abuse Rehabilitation team, delivering exceptional care to those in need.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal patient care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Ensure patient safety by following protocols and assisting with patient ambulation.
• Perform basic diagnostic testing and conduct treatments under supervision.
• Adhere to all nursing guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

• Must be a new graduate or eligible for graduation from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Passing the NCLEX exam within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
