Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics - $32-58 per hour

Job Description

Atrium Health is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics to join our team at Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a key member of our pediatric hematology/oncology & bone marrow transplant unit, you will provide direct patient care and support daily operations to ensure the highest quality of service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care, allocate resources, and oversee program development.
• Supervise nursing personnel and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in performance improvement activities and maintain professional competency.
• Assist in managing patient flow and staffing for optimal care delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred.
• BSN required, with a preference for previous management experience.
