Registered Nurse (RN) - Resource - $32-58 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Resource to join our team at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a temporary, non-benefited RN position on the Resource Team, supporting the PreOp Service Line. As part of this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and maintain a safe work environment. Competitive rates are offered for this 26-week assignment, including shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient health and conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical and professional competency.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience in the specialty area required.
• PACU/PreOp experience preferred.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider status.
• Active RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse.
