Registered Nurse - RN Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an RN Supervisor, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the delivery of high-quality care, positive clinical outcomes, and exceptional patient, family, and employee satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead, guide, and direct clinical operations on assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Management or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
