Registered Nurse - Shep 3 North - Alternative Care Unit

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Shep 3 North, an alternative care unit established in March 2024. This unit caters to 18-20 long-term care patients awaiting placement with diverse diagnoses. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a preference for prior charge nurse experience to oversee LPNs and LNAs. Experience in long-term care is desirable for this role.
