Rehabilitation Therapist Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct assessments and provide direct patient care, evaluating medical conditions and rehab potential.
• Experience with EMR documentation preferred (Hello Note experience not required).
• CPR Certification.
